Hi there, I am Muneer. I started my website PC4Safe.com earlier stage of my development career. Its primary track has been fallen in to PC troubleshooting and general Microsoft Windows tutorials. Also it includes many helpful pieces about Internet & E-Mail.

I am a Sri Lankan employed in Gulf. My primary role is Senior Programmer (Web) which I started as a freelance job since 2005 while I was working for a firm in Sri Lanka as a Hardware and Network technical support.

Why this Blog

blog beyond my website

My website was fill up with non-development related resources. What I though was to write something related with my current career. So I think it is better to start with a blog. That is what became encodez. Do not try to find meaning of encodez. That is one of my favourite word.
